Youth Mental Health First Aid Training

Mental Health First Aid is a skills-based training course that teaches participants about mental health and substance-use issues. This training is available In English and Spanish. The participants are instructed by Coaching Salud Holística instructors and certified through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. 

Youth MHFA courses teach adult learners how to assist adolescents between the ages of 12 and 18.  Must be at least 18 years old to take this training.
