Training Pathway & Billing Support

As part of our commitment to workforce development and sustainable care, Coaching Salud Holística trainings include guidance and support to help eligible participants connect with MAE.
Beginning this year, participants who successfully complete our doula and perinatal trainings will receive education and technical guidance on:
-
Understanding Medicaid Managed Care billing pathways
-
The role of MAE as a billing and administrative hub
-
Eligibility requirements and next steps to apply or onboard with MAE
-
How to prepare required documentation and professional readiness
-
Navigating managed care plans and authorization processes
Connection to MAE is not guaranteed and is subject to MAE’s independent eligibility, credentialing, and onboarding requirements. Our role is to educate, prepare, and support participants in understanding the process and available pathways.
This approach is designed to help build a strong, informed, and sustainable doula workforce while reducing administrative barriers for providers serving Medicaid-insured families.
