 PARTNERING

Empowering Latino Communities and Community Health Workers

Empowering Latino Communities and Community Health Workers

At our coalition, we are dedicated to empowering Latino communities and uplifting the vital work of community health workers (CHWs). Our mission is to improve health literacy, system navigation, and advocacy to ensure equitable access to healthcare services and resources for all.

We believe in the power of collaboration, ongoing education, and building meaningful partnerships to meet the diverse health needs of Latino populations.
Who Can Join?

All service providers are welcome, especially those based in Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia. Although our meetings are conducted in English, we warmly welcome questions and participation in Spanish.

You do not need to be a community health worker to participate — this is a great opportunity to connect, share, and learn more about the roles and impact of CHWs in our communities.
