About the event
Mental Health First Aid is a skills-based training course that teaches participants about mental health and substance-use issues. This training is available In English and Spanish. The participants are instructed by Coaching Salud HolÃstica instructors and certified through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.Â
Adult MHFA courses teach adult learners how to assist other adults. Â Must be at least 18 years old to take this training.
