1. Welcome
Thank you for visiting our website and trusting Coaching Salud Holística, LLC. We are committed to supporting holistic wellness, with a special focus on Latino and immigrant communities.
By using this website or any of our services (coaching sessions, workshops, resources, etc.), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to read them carefully so you understand how we work and what you can expect from us.

2. About our services

• We off er personalized support through:

• Holistic Health Coaching (individual or group)

• Personalized Nutritional Guidance

• Community Wellness Workshops

• Educational Digital Content

• All services are provided virtually and bilingually (Spanish/English).

Note: Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. We always recommend consulting licensed health professionals for diagnoses or treatments.

 

3. Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

• You may reschedule your session at no cost if you notify us at least 12 hours before your scheduled time.

• Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund, unless in exceptional cases.

• If we ever need to reschedule, we will notify you in advance and work with you to fi nd a new time that suits you.

4. Payments

• We accept payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

• Full payment is required prior to each session.

• For group programs or coaching packages, payment plans may be arranged upon request.

5. Website usage
We want your visit to be safe and respectful. Please note:

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

• The site must not be used to send spam, commit fraud, or negatively aff ect other users’ experiences.

• All content (text, images, videos, logos) is the property of Coaching Salud Holística, LLC.

• Any personal information you share during sessions will remain confi dential.

• We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your data.

• However, we cannot guarantee specifi c results, as progress depends on your personal engagement and commitment.

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. The most recent update date will always be shown at the top of this page.
If there are major changes, we will notify you via this website or by email (if you are an active client).

8. Governing law
This site and our services are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. In case of any disputes, we will always aim to find a friendly and fair solution first.
